Had an awesome stay! James was a great host friendly, helpful, and made everything easy. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again.

We stayed here twice and had a great experience. The house is clean, quiet, and perfectly located, very accessible and close to the Trafford Centre. James and Ben were very responsive and accommodating with our changing plans. Would happily stay again.

Wow!!!! I loved my stay. It was easy to find, clear and concise instructions to get in. I used James place to stay for a Manchester United game and Old Trafford is about a 20 minute walk which was all flat. The property was lovely and spacious and had all I needed. James and Ben were very quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend. There is a tesco express within a 5 minute walk. Parking looked okay too. Tram stops about a 10 minute walk. Loved it thank you to you both. A*
