Very responsive and kind host responded to questions very well and the air BnB itself was in a great area close enough to many necessary things and also not long from Manchester City centre, would advise staying here.

James was a great host and provided clear instructions for check in and check out. I had to change my initial booking, he was very accommodating. He also on hand to offer information on the local area if required. The apartment looks like the photos and very clean and tidy. Great location with the city centre being easily accessible. Would recommend to other guests.

I had a great stay at this apartment while visiting Manchester for business. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions, communication from the hosts was quick and helpful, and the late checkout request was accommodated which I really appreciated. This apartment was brilliant, exactly as described if not better! Great for friends family etc, large living space aswell. James reached out throughout the stay which was I nice touch knowing he was there to help. Good location for the tram into central. Free parking is bonus too Thanks a lot

Our stay was great! The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. James sent instructions to get in beforehand and replied very quickly. He was very flexible and arranged a later checkout for us. The area is okay, if you want to get into the city you have to take public transport or a taxi, but it's not too far out and there are some shops, restaurants and bars nearby.

Very nice apartment and very spacious. Perfect stay. Not a far walk to old Trafford and the quays (which has lots of food and drink places, was recommended to us by James) We got an uber into central (around £7 each way) but the tram is around the corner too. Highly recommend staying here. Very fast responses and checked in with us when we arrived to make sure all is okay and if we needed anything else. Thank you!
